Chairman of Langsung Electric Attends China-Africa Cooperation Forum Summit

On September 5, during the China-Africa Cooperation Forum Beijing Summit, our company’s Chairman, Mr. Chen Mansheng, met with Nigeria’s Minister of Power, Mr. Adebayo Adelabu. The meeting was also attended by Vice Chairman Mr. Cao Zhe and General Manager of Langsung Electric’s Nigeria Free Trade Zone, Mr. John. During the meeting, both parties engaged in an in-depth discussion about Langsung Electric’s development in Nigeria.

Minister Adelabu emphasized that Nigeria’s power market has a strong demand for power equipment and services. In the coming years, the Nigerian government plans to invest $800 million in the construction of substations and distribution lines. Minister Adelabu also expressed gratitude for Langsung Electric’s contribution to Nigeria’s power services and its efforts to promote local employment. He encouraged Langsung Electric to seize this opportunity and strengthen bilateral government-business cooperation, facilitating faster and better development.

Chairman Chen Mansheng stated that Langsung Electric will continue to optimize its power products and supporting services, continuously empowering the development of Nigeria's power grid and transmission and distribution industries.
